When I read the email that said, “Congratulations, you’re part of BBF,” I was shocked. After receiving the message I ran to my parents’ room to tell them that I had made it and they were very happy. It is a great blessing from God that BBF noticed me, even though I did not believe in my potential.
Months before I found out about Building Baja’s Future, I had a very big concern because I was about to enter university, and I had thought about the option of studying and working; but my girlfriend, who like me is part of this great family, was the one who told me about BBF and told me to try, that I was capable of achieving it; so I listened to him and at this moment I can say with honor that I am part of Building Baja’s Future.
I believe that, if I had not received this great opportunity, I would have a great weight on my shoulders, since in my house we are not going through the best economic situation, since I have relatively little living here; so knowing BBF has changed my perspective on my life 100%. I consider it an association that wants to see us as people who achieve our dreams. For my part, I promise you that I will achieve it, committing myself to the activities that you will impart to us.
I am and will be grateful all my life to be part of this great and beautiful family; I really know that very big things are coming for me and I’m excited about what can happen in the course. I only know that I will comply with what is asked of me.
I thank them for all they do, not only for me but for all the fellows they have supported with great love.

Cuando leí el correo que decía: “Felicidades, eres parte de BBF”, me quedé en shock. Después de recibir el mensaje fui corriendo al cuarto de mis papás a decirles que lo había logrado y ellos se pusieron muy contentos. Es una gran bendición de Dios que BBF se fijara en mí, aunque yo no creía en mi potencial.
Meses antes de enterarme sobre Building Baja’s Future, tenía una preocupación muy grande porque estaba por entrar a la universidad, y había pensado en la opción de estudiar y trabajar; pero mi novia, que igual que yo forma parte de esta grandiosa familia, fue la que me comentó sobre BBF y me dijo que lo intentara, que yo era capaz de conseguirlo; así que le hice caso y en este momento puedo decir con honor que soy parte de Building Baja’s Future.
Yo creo que, si no hubiera recibido esta gran oportunidad, tendría un gran peso en mis hombros, ya que en mi casa no estamos pasando la mejor situación económica, ya que tengo relativamente poco viviendo aquí; así que conocer BBF ha cambiado la perspectiva de mi vida al 100 %. Considero que es una asociación que nos quiere ver como unas personas que alcancemos nuestros sueños. De mi parte les prometo que lo lograré, comprometiéndome en las actividades que nos impartirán.
